Cancellation Policy:
All payments areĀ billed automatically every 30 days starting from the date of purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time following the steps outlined below:

It is your responsibility to cancel your membership. Christopher Mortimer will not be held responsible for any charges incurred because you failed to cancel your membership in a timely manner. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a pre-booked one-to-one session, you must email our customer support team at [email protected] at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the forfeit of that session.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled one-to-one session, the session will be terminated, and you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling of that particular session.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer any refund for our One-to-One Coaching Programme.
